Housing Programs

Bridge Housing
Housing and supportive services to homeless for 3 to 12 months, returning individuals to the most self-sufficient situation possible. Click here for a listing of DHS-sponsored Bridge Housing programs.

Penn Free Bridge Housing

Housing Continuum of Care (HUD) Program
